TEACH LOVE

Every young person deserves the opportunity to create a life they love.

And sometimes, all it takes is someone who believes in what's possible for them.

Founded by Jess Bandison as part of NEXT-LEVEL Life, Teach Love began with a passion for early intervention, education and creating opportunities for young people who might not otherwise have access to them.

Today, Teach Love is led by Jess and Devon Bandison, bringing together their shared commitment to education, leadership and creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation.

Our belief is simple.

Where you're born, what you've experienced or the circumstances you're growing up in shouldn't determine what's possible for your future.

Through education, mentorship, community partnerships and meaningful experiences, Teach Love supports young people in discovering their potential, developing their confidence and creating futures they're excited about.

Because we don't just want young people to have better opportunities.

We want them to know they have the power to create extraordinary lives.

OUR WORK

Different communities. Different opportunities. One shared belief.

When we invest in young people, the impact extends far beyond the individual.

Over the years, Teach Love has supported and collaborated with organisations, schools and community initiatives across the UK, USA and Africa.

From education and entrepreneurship to personal development, mentorship and community outreach, our work is about creating opportunities that continue making a difference long after we've left the room.

And we're just getting started.

OUR NEXT CHAPTER: BELIZE

The Orlando Pollard Sr. Foundation × GameChanger

Creating opportunities through education, sport and leadership.

As part of our shared commitment to developing the next generation of leaders, we're excited to be supporting the Orlando Pollard Sr. Foundation in Belize through GameChanger.

Established in honour of Orlando Pollard Sr., the Foundation is dedicated to advancing opportunities for young people in Belize through education and sport.

Its annual football tournament brings young people and communities together, creating opportunities to develop teamwork, discipline, confidence and leadership.

In March 2027, we'll travel to Belize together to attend the Foundation's annual football tournament, spend time with the communities it serves and explore how Teach Love and GameChanger can contribute to its ongoing work.

We're particularly excited about the possibilities of bringing GameChanger leadership principles to young people, alongside supporting access to education and sport.

This is the beginning of a relationship we're looking forward to growing.

Because the next generation of GameChangers is already out there.

Imagine what's possible when we give them the opportunity to discover it.

THE JOURNEY SO FAR

South Africa — Education, Connection & Community

Our work in South Africa has included visits to townships and schools, connecting with local communities and exploring opportunities to build relationships between schools in Africa, the UK and USA.

We believe some of the most powerful learning happens when young people are exposed to different people, cultures, perspectives and possibilities.

And that meaningful change starts with listening, connecting and working together.

New Mexico, USA — Passion's Story

Teach Love has supported the mission of Passion's Story, an innovative nonprofit creating pathways for young women to build independent futures through the beauty industry.

By combining vocational training with mentorship, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and personal development, Passion's Story helps young women affected by exploitation and adversity develop practical skills and opportunities for sustainable income.

It's an approach we love because it goes beyond immediate support.

It's about helping young women create a future of their own choosing.

DISCOVER PASSION'S STORY

London, UK — Reimagining Education

Through collaborations and conversations focused on revolutionising education, Teach Love has championed new ways of helping young people discover their passions, develop their potential and recognise the possibilities available to them.

Our work has included initiatives with Dame Dash, Raquel Horn and Americanu TV Network, alongside The Global Connect collaboration with Toya Carter.

These initiatives share a belief that education can go beyond the classroom, connecting young people with experiences, ideas and opportunities that help them discover who they are and what they can create.

Harlem, New York — Community in Action

Through The Harlem Clean Up, Teach Love has supported community-focused initiatives bringing people together to make a tangible difference in their neighbourhoods.

From community clean-ups and food drives to scholarships and opportunities for students to earn community service credits, the work celebrates something we deeply believe:

You don't have to wait until you're older, wealthier or more successful to make a difference.

You can start right where you are.

Beyond the Classroom

Our wider work has also included Teach Love Off School Grounds, collaborations with Carters Daycare, OSG Coalition and Macooba Centre, and initiatives focused on supporting young people across the UK, USA and Africa.

Whether through school partnerships, community programmes or mentoring, the intention remains the same.

To create more opportunities for young people to feel supported, discover what's possible and build lives they love.

THE FUTURE WE'RE CREATING

For us, Teach Love is about something bigger than any single project.

It's about using the experiences, relationships, resources and opportunities we've been fortunate enough to create in our own lives to open doors for others.

We believe the greatest impact isn't always measured by what happens on the day.

It's what becomes possible afterwards.

The young person who discovers a talent they didn't know they had.

The student who meets someone who changes what they believe is possible.

The community that gains access to new opportunities.

The young leader who goes on to make a difference for someone else.

Together, we're committed to continuing this work, building meaningful partnerships and creating opportunities for young people to discover just how much is possible for them.

Because the greatest thing we can do with what we've created is use it to create more possibilities for someone else.

And that's what it means to Teach Love.

BE PART OF IT

We love connecting with people, organisations and communities who share our passion for young people, education and opportunity.

Whether you're interested in collaborating, supporting a project or exploring how we can make a difference together, we'd love to hear from you.

Let's create more possibilities, together.
